Do you have that one thing
(or maybe three things) that if you just did it, you would feel sssooo much better. You'd get so much of your energy back. It's incredible. And ridiculous that you haven't done it. Except that it's super duper super HARD --- and that's why you haven't done it yet. For me it's moving forward with my programming for parents with a history of trauma and child abuse. I know when I do it - when I move forward in creating this community and movement of positive change and reclaiming our gifts-- that I will feel so, so, so much better. Maybe for you.... it's cleaning out your closet. Or having that difficult conversation with your loved one. Or giving your body some much needed TLC. Or stepping into that community, family, or professional work you're here to do. It's like you'd have to nudge yourself off a personal cliff and hope you land safely. Truth is... when you do it. When you trust yourself and take that flying leap of faith, you'll land in a soft canopy. You'll step down back into your life stronger than ever. You'll get some of your gold back. This weekend, I presented my project for parents with a history of child abuse at this conference. I had the most amazing group of early childhood professionals in attendance at both of my workshops. We supported each other in this movement of positive change. It was amazing. I got some of my gold back. The doubt and hesitation replaced with strength and confidence. Whatever personal growth or hurdle you are working on in your life -- I'm sharing some of my gold with you. To support you, and encourage you. So you can just do it. You can move forward into the greater power of you. And you, empowered you, can step forward into your life. Ready to make your personal reality -and our world- a better place. You got this. Lots of love, support, and gold glitter, Megan

Mama Megan
Hi friends, I write from the heart to tell my life story, and the story of those in my neighborhood called life. Research shows that our children's emotional & mental health is contingent upon us parents being able to tell our life story, or "coherent narrative." This is my coherent narrative, my life story in the making, with some of what I love in life too. My goal is to share my life in a way that is real, uplifting & positive- sometimes serious, sometimes fun. In my practice, I inspire parents to empowerment through reclaiming our life stories and learning respectful discipline. My work is my offering to our children- our future. Wishing you all a happy family! Archives
